Today was a great day! God blessed me so much. He always does, though--perhaps I was simply looking for it today. So, instead of one thing, I want to make (you guessed it) a LIST!
God blessed me this week:
1. In the glorious weather. Fall must be just around the corner... the cool breezes and the scent of leaves browning, the crackle under my feet... I love it!
2. In our teatimes. Oh, what an inexpressible joy to sit at his feet and breathe in His presence!
3. In my Bible reading. God has spoken so much to my heart... I am overwhelmed by His perfect Love.
4. In conversations with dear friends. The Body of Christ is such a gift from God!
5. In the church service on Sunday. God is working mightily in our church! I am so, so excited to be a part of it and to see where He takes us!
6. And the biggest one right now: God blessed me in prayer tonight. There is a group of about four youth that meet at the church on Friday nights for a time of prayer and worship. God is really working here- in us and through us. Friday has become my favorite weeknight! God is so, so amazing- and there's absolutely nothing I would rather do than sit at his feet in prayer and worship!
Speaking of sitting at his feet--I'm going right now to do that. Quiet times are exciting!
